Support & Donation Disclosure

Thank you for considering support for Xardas. Please understand the following before buying the Supporter Pack or sending support.

1. The Supporter Pack is a purchase, not a donation

Our support option is the Supporter Pack: a pay-what-you-choose purchase of a digital product (a thank-you letter written and signed by Xardas, delivered as a digital download). It is sold through our merchant of record, Sold through Link, LLC, operating the Lemon Squeezy/Stripe Managed Payments service, which handles payment, any applicable sales tax or VAT, and delivery. The same letter is delivered to every supporter, and no other goods, services, perks, features, equity, ownership, or promises are included. You choose the price at checkout (at or above any minimum shown there), and the full amount you pay is the purchase price of the Supporter Pack. Refunds for the Supporter Pack follow our Refund Policy for digital products.

2. Voluntary support, not charity

XARDAS AI LLC is a for-profit business. It is not a charitable, nonprofit, or tax-exempt organization, has no determination of tax-exempt status from the IRS (including under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code), and is not eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions.

3. Not tax-deductible

Neither Supporter Pack purchases nor any other voluntary support payments (“donations,” “tips,” or “support”) are tax-deductible as charitable contributions. We do not provide charitable donation receipts. If you have questions about your taxes, consult a qualified tax professional.

4. Direct gifts outside the Supporter Pack

If you send us a voluntary contribution outside the Supporter Pack (for example, an unsolicited direct payment), it is a gift to support Xardas’s continued development. It is not a purchase, does not entitle you to any product, service, feature, equity, ownership, or promise unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, and is non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

5. How support is used and taxed

Support goes toward Xardas’s development — compute, tools, and capabilities. For the Company, Supporter Pack revenue and voluntary support payments are ordinary business income, taxed like any other revenue.

6. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and use your own lawful funds to buy the Supporter Pack or send support.
