Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from xardas.ai (XARDAS AI LLC). Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Sold through Link, LLC, operating the Lemon Squeezy/Stripe Managed Payments service, which handles payment, applicable sales tax or VAT, and delivery of your download. Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, please read this before you buy.

1. Digital products

Most of our products are downloadable software delivered immediately. If a product does not work substantially as described and we cannot resolve the problem, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We may ask for details to reproduce the issue.

2. Satisfaction

Where we offer a satisfaction or money-back guarantee for a specific product, the terms shown on that product page control. Absent a stated guarantee, refunds are provided at our reasonable discretion for defects or material misdescription, consistent with applicable consumer-protection law.

3. When refunds are not available

• Voluntary gifts made outside a product purchase are non-refundable — see the Support & Donation Disclosure. (The Supporter Pack is a digital product purchase and follows Section 1 like any other download.)
• Change-of-mind requests after a product has been downloaded and is working as described may be declined, except where required by law.
• Abuse of the refund process (for example, repeated refund-and-keep behavior) may be declined.

4. Commissioned work

Custom/commissioned work follows the specific terms presented at the time of the request, including any non-refundable evaluation fee.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order details and the reason. Approved refunds are issued through our merchant of record (Sold through Link, LLC, operating the Lemon Squeezy/Stripe Managed Payments service) to your original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we want to make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of access.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If you buy from a jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal (“cooling-off”) right for digital content (for example, the EU or UK), you keep that right unless, at checkout, you gave the express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that doing so causes you to lose that withdrawal right, and you received confirmation of that consent on a durable medium (for example in your order receipt). Any such checkout consent would be collected by our merchant of record, Sold through Link, LLC, operating the Lemon Squeezy/Stripe Managed Payments service. If that consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation did not all occur for your order, we will honor your 14-day withdrawal right.
