Xardas Inventory is a native Windows application for small shops and online sellers who want to manage stock, suppliers, and movements without a browser, an account, or the cloud. The dashboard leads with a live low-stock and reorder list: every product at or below its reorder point, sorted most-urgent first, each showing current quantity, reorder point, and a suggested reorder quantity. Around it sit KPIs for stock value, SKUs below reorder, out-of-stock count, retail value, and supplier count, plus a stock-value-by-category chart.

You keep a product catalog, a supplier list, and a movement log where each receipt, sale, or adjustment updates on-hand quantities automatically. Everything lives locally on your own machine, and any table — or a reorder report — exports in one click.

What it does

  • Live dashboard led by a low-stock/reorder list sorted most-urgent first, each item showing on-hand quantity, reorder point, and a suggested reorder quantity
  • Product catalog with SKU, category, supplier, quantity, reorder point, unit cost and sell price, an OK/Low/Out status pill, and search or filter by name, SKU, category, supplier, or low-stock-only
  • Stock movement log for In (receipts), Out (sales/shrinkage), and Adjust corrections that update on-hand quantity automatically — and deleting a move reverses its effect
  • Supplier list with contact details and a count of products supplied; deleting a supplier keeps its products instead of losing them
  • Stock-value KPIs — total cost value, retail value, SKUs below reorder, out-of-stock count — plus a stock-value-by-category bar chart
  • One-click CSV export for products, suppliers, moves, and the low-stock list, plus a reorder report as a branded PDF; all data stored locally on your machine
