Xardas Invoices is a real installed Windows app, not a web page in a wrapper. Pick a client, add line items in an editable table, set a tax percentage and a flat discount, and a live totals panel recomputes the subtotal, tax, and grand total as you type. One click renders a clean, branded PDF: your business header, the client's billing block, the itemized table, the totals, and your payment terms.

It also tracks every invoice and estimate by status — Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue — with sequential INV- and EST- numbering, a dashboard of outstanding and paid amounts, a client list, and CSV export. Everything runs on your machine: your clients, documents, and business profile live in a single local file. No accounts, no cloud, no tracking.
