Xardas Hours is a native Windows app for freelancers who bill by the hour and want to know exactly what they have earned but not yet invoiced. Log a time entry in seconds from a fast entry bar — pick a project, set hours and minutes, note the work, mark it billable — and your recent entries group by day with daily and billable totals. A Ready to invoice panel shows unbilled hours and amount per client, with one click to mark a client invoiced.

It runs entirely on your machine: no accounts, no cloud, and — apart from a one-time activation on first launch — no network use. Clients, projects, rates, and time all live locally in your app-data folder. A live dashboard, full project and client lists, and CSV and PDF exports round it out. One window, one rate rule applied everywhere, your data under your control.
