Xardas Podcasts is a native Windows desktop app that moves every episode through production: Idea, Recording, Editing, Scheduled, and Published. The Episodes screen is a visual pipeline where each episode shows its show, a color-coded status, its publish date, and a checklist progress bar — tick a task done and the bar updates instantly. A live dashboard reports episodes published this month, how many are in production, your next publish date, your average episodes per month, and a by-month bar chart. Manage your shows, edit per-episode production checklists, and export shows, episodes, and checklists to CSV. Everything runs on your own machine in a single local file — no cloud, accounts, or tracking.
